ItemService is disabled by default, and is used for modifying ingame items' properties.
ItemService is very unstable, and so is not able to give direct functionality to modify items.
The only way to use item service, is to directly modify the values of some records in the table using CheatTableService, and enabling ItemService through CTS aswell.
